This knowledge base is designed to familiarize you with MarketWide’s features and functions. As with any business software, the better you understand it, the more you’ll get out of it.
MarketWide has many features, not all of which are useful or needed by every client. The sections in this Knowledge Base have been arranged with your needs in mind, covering the most important and commonly used features first to help you hit the ground running. Once you begin to get comfortable with the product, you can return later to learn about its more advanced options.
MarketWide is broken out into separate related applications, much like Microsoft Office contains Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. Each section of the MarketWide manual outlines the features of an application, then provides a step-by-step method for using it, followed by its advanced features. Be on the lookout for time savers and tool tips to help streamline your MarketWide experience!

For customers who remain current in their MarketWide maintenance plan, DSI offers telephone and email technical support between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm EST on working days (i.e., not on Saturdays, Sundays, and DSI-observed holidays).
